I remember feeling the same way when I was young but You get what you put in. Obviously if you work at a crap job your entire life that would be a waste but you must start somewhere. Make yourself valuable to the world and you will be rewarded. I Work 8-10 hours a day 6 days a week and go home to continue to work on myself and other projects in my life. Sometimes I don’t eat dinner till 10pm and yes sometimes I am tired, but I have made myself valuable to the world and get to enjoy many things others do not. If it wasn’t money you had to chase it would be food and shelter. It is not easy but if you learn to enjoy the grind you will become valuable and profitable. Then you learn to appreciate the little things in life.

Damn, here I am working 12hr shifts 5-6 days a week depending on how much work we got. I was raised to think that was just what men are supposed to do. Crying about it in my family would not get any sympathy, especially from the other guys. But Charlie, and this woman are right. That’s hardly living

Yeah I wake up at 5:30am drive and hour clock in at 7am, clock out at 5:30-6pm drive home for another hour, shower, eat, sleep. They then wonder why mental illness is on the rise.
